For as third answer to the questions most frequently put to me is: the importance of land in a project.
The importance of land and soil in a project is critical, there may be mentioned that a flat, sloping terrain, but also the soil can be sandy (beach), rock (mountain), with a lot of vegetation (forest) , arid, humid, etc.
The architect must be able to maximize the land where construction uproots, each field has a different procedure to attack (which will not describe because it is not the main objective of this response), it is important to know that views to and from the ground are very important, guidance and the prevailing winds, plus locations in Mexico to find their climate, vegetation, average temperature etc.
Once we know the above we are able to make the best use the terrain and soil that we are referring to.
